The Mediterranean Garden of Mas de la Serre, a three-hectare park in the hills above Banyuls, is only 3 kilometers from the port and the Aquarium. Created in 1885 and located in the Côte Vermeille's heart, the Aquarium of Banyuls-sur-Mer is the local marine life authority. This historic aquarium offers a timeless dive into the marine biodiversity thriving just off our coast.

Le Jardin Méditerranéen du Mas de la Serre a fermé ses portes au public depuis le 15 octobre et réouvrira en avril 2012.
Il reste cependant ouvert sur réservation pour les groupes et les scolaires.
